Our Services

Lobbies, common areas and back-of-house, on a rhythm that fits your building.

Siding, walkways and patios stripped of the moss a wet winter leaves behind.

A low-pressure detergent wash for roofs, siding and anything too delicate to blast.

Sealed against water, salt and freeze-thaw, a driveway or lot lasts years longer.

Interior and exterior glass, frames and tracks, finished streak-free.

Condo balconies hand-washed with nothing dripping below; house decks pressure washed.

Cleared and flow-tested before the rain finds its way into your walls.

Moss lifts shingles and holds water against them. We clear it carefully.

Walls, trim and siding prepped properly, then repainted inside and out.

Early-morning clearing and salting that keeps access open and liability low.

Design, install, maintain and take down, December ladder work included.

Mowing, edging, beds and seasonal cleanups, kept on a schedule.

Twice a year is the standard answer and it is right about half the time. What decides it is what is growing over the roof, not what the calendar says.

Two houses on the same street get different gutter quotes. Six things move the figure, and the length of the run is nowhere near the biggest of the six.

Common Questions
Before a quote, most people want the same handful of things settled. These are the answers, and none of them change depending on who is asking.
Nine communities across Greater Vancouver, on both banks of the Fraser — Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey, Delta, Langley, Anmore, the Tri-Cities and the Ridge Meadow area. RainCity is a mobile business working out of New Westminster, so the service area is drawn in communities rather than as a radius around a shop. If a property sits just beyond the edge of the map, it is worth asking rather than assuming.
Yes, alongside residential. Strata common areas, commercial frontages, parkades and multi-unit sites are a substantial share of the work, and they are scoped the same way a house is — in writing, against what is actually there. The difference is usually frequency: a building runs on a schedule where a house runs on a season.
Yes to both. The quote is given in writing after looking at the property, and the figure on it is the figure on the invoice. Anything that could change it — a blocked downspout that has to be augered, a guard system nobody mentioned, a surface that turns out to be sealed rather than bare — is better identified before the work than argued about after it.
Yes, and we will confirm it in writing on request. It is worth asking any contractor for on work involving height, and worth asking before anyone arrives rather than after an incident.
Our office is open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 4pm, and closed on Sunday. Exterior work in this region is weather-dependent by nature, so scheduling is agreed against a forecast as well as a date — which is usually why a contractor moving a date is doing the right thing rather than the inconvenient one.
There is a minimum job size, usually $120, though it depends on the job. Travel is already included in the price we quote. A travel fee may apply to an on-site visit, depending on where the property is — ask when you arrange one.
